If you could travel to anywhere in the world, with no restrictions on time, money or baggage, where would that be? I have been fortunate to travel to every continent except Antarctica and to be honest, it’s not on the top of my travel list.
When I was young, my tourism interests were all about the United States. I had a dad who, lucky for me, loved travel too – the two-wheeled kind. We made it a habit to ride our motorcycles to association meetings, or just to eat oysters in New Orleans! By the time I was 30, I had visited every state in the union. Adventuring is a gift and I am so lucky to have the opportunity to continue on my travels with (my valentine) Teri as my travel buddy!
Sometimes your adventures can be close to home – like walking into the office each day! If your days are like mine, then every one of them brings new challenges and opportunities. As they say, Life Is a Highway!
Life on the highway is how our Marketing Team gets on. We’ve got a mix of seasoned road warriors, newbies, and seasoned newbies! Many of you have welcomed Jeff Demao into your office since he first hit the road full-time back in 2014. I’d like to introduce two of the newest additions to our marketing team - Nichole Perzel and Jeremi Casella. Nichole is an insurance veteran having been both in a marketing role and as an agency owner. Jeremi is new to our industry, but is a veteran nonetheless! Jeremi proudly served in the U.S. Armed Forces for 4 years prior to joining Tuscano and is now learning the ropes of insurance and customer relationships. Jeff, Nichole, and Jeremi, along with their home office support team of Jeremy George and David Younghave been helping us better understand what our customers’ needs are and how we can fill them. You might say that the Tuscano marketing team is Born to Run.
On the Chinese calendar, 2019 is the year of the pig, but according to Tuscano’s Garage team of Annie Miller, Ryan Moore, and Marilyn Elias, it is the year of garage! They have high expectations for earning your garage business. In fact, in a little under a week, they will be hosting Tuscano’s first ever garage webinar. The team will be walking attendees through the ins and outs of the markets, programs and insurance basics of writing garage business. The garage team is full of veterans too! Between Annie and Marilyn, they have over 50 years of underwriting garage risks. Ryan actually comes from a garage owner background. While my travel style has changed (very few miles are logged on my bike any more), I am still one for adventure. I hope you have the chance to visit someplace new and fun this year and you can sing along wherever life takes you…
