Founders Ins. Co. Downgraded by Best

On September 25, 2013, A.M. Best Co. downgraded the financial strength rating of Founders Insurance Company from A-to B++ with a stable outlook. The reason for the change in rating is because the company has not made earnings in a number of years. Their parent company, Utica National will still be rated at A- or "Excellent".
