Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday.  I love spending time with family and friends, enjoying a delicious meal.  More than that, though, I believe in the importance of practicing gratitude.  Gratitude isn’t just a seasonal sentiment—it’s a powerful practice that can transform our mindset and relationships. Studies show that regularly expressing gratitude can boost happiness, reduce stress, and strengthen social bonds. It helps us focus on what’s working, even in challenging times, and fosters a sense of connection and purpose.
