Dear Santa,
Teri says I’m too old to be writing you letters so I had to write this one in my closet with my headlamp on. I’m not too old, am I? But gee willikers Santa – what a crazy year! Thank goodness for Christmas and the holiday season. Life seems to make people a little nuts – but not me – I’m a believer! I believe in giving back. I believe in the good in people. I believe in paying it forward and kindness. So I have a few things on my wishlist that I think can help everyone feel better in the coming year. Here goes:
Katie and Jeff in our Marketing Department have really put on the miles and the smiles this year. They’ve been visiting our customers all over the Mid-Atlantic region. I was hoping that maybe they could borrow your reindeer (after you are finished with them of course)! That way they could visit our agents far and wide and see more of them throughout the week.
This year I was hoping you could grant me a super-power. I was dreaming about this magnetic force field that would attract all of our customer’s brokerage business to Tuscano. What do you think?
After a bumpy start to the year, our Transportation Team has been knocking it out of the park. Now if you could only bring them a truck market that would write new venture truckers we’d be running on 16 cylinders!
Oh, and while you are out and about could you swing by George R.R. Martin’s house and help him to finish books 6 & 7 of the Game of Thrones series? I need to know what happens to the dragons?!!!
Tuscano Personal Lines is on a roll writing Personal Umbrellas – by the way Santa, have you got your personal umbrella in place? Just so you know, Tuscano has this really cool Personal Umbrella rater. You can get a quote from up to three markets in less than a minute!
Jinny wants to do an Ironman triathlon and she says she’ll need to take a year to train for it. Can you possibly bring her a device so I can track her while she’s on her bike?
Of course, anytime the elves in your workshop get bored making toys, feel free to send them to Tuscano. I think they’d like it here - we love to makes lists, check them twice, take care of customers (naughty and nice) and eat marshmallows & chocolate!
As you are visiting everyone on Christmas Eve, please be sure to leave a little Christmas Joy from all of us at Tuscano. Let them know we have a gift for them of amazing customer service and truly nice people to work with!
Thanks, Santa – you’re the best at spreading holiday cheer!

I’m a Believer!
