News & Views: It's Marketing Season

It’s Marketing Madness season at the Tuscano Agency! We have a lot going on this week and next, what with the kickoff of NCAA Men’s basketball championships, St. Patrick’s Day festivities and of course, Pittsburgh I-Day. I’ve been in training all month, building up my alcohol resistance!
 
Jinny and I made a promise to each other a while back; we work too hard not to have fun doing what we do. I hope you feel the same way. The best part of our work is the people we meet and the friends we make! So this year, let’s make insurance fun again!
 
Fortunately, we get to spend a few dollars out of our marketing budget on fun and games. I remember when we spent the better part of our marketing budget on an ad in the Yellow Pages of the phone book! Today, we have a better understanding of marketing vs. advertising and we embrace both. 
 
We have three awesome folks, JeffKatie and Daya out on the road calling on customers and working hard to understand your challenges, Put another way, our marketing team is our R&D department. They come back with feedback and news from the road that better informs us about what you need from a wholesaler. Our marketing efforts really come down to how we can build better relationships with our customers. I think Tuscano is getting better at this all the time, but I’m happy to hear what you think of us. 
 
Like you, we struggle in this marketplace because it is both more difficult and way easier to write business.
