As of October 1st, 2018, FEMA instituted changes to The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). This change allows policyholders who purchase private flood insurance policies to cancel their duplicate NFIP policy.

We can offer Primary Flood Limits up to $5 million. The policy wording meets lender compliance, and we provide more options than the NFIP.  We are most competitive in tougher flood-prone, higher-risk areas.  We can also help you with your excess flood risks.
