In the last 3 months, you have probably emailed Tuscano a request related to a *policy such as an inquiry about a policy status or claim, a request to make a change on a policy, or even to send us documentation on the policy such as an affidavit or a finance contract. At Tuscano, servicing your business is just as important to us as writing your business, so we created a fast, simple and secure way for you to submit a policy request through the Tuscano Toolbox.
 
Simply login to the Tuscano Toolbox and go to the Policies page. Click on the policy number to open the policy and click on the ‘Submit A Request’ link located above the policyholder information. Complete the policy change details and if you have supporting documents you can attach them to the request. Submit the form and your request will be entered right into our workflow completely bypassing email routing.

You will receive confirmation that the request has been successfully submitted right on the webpage, which you can print and attach to your file. Internally, your request will be routed and handled by the appropriate individual at Tuscano – no guessing who it might be!

*Company direct-billed policies with American Modern, RLI and Aegis will not be available as these policies are managed through the carrier's web portals.
