If you could do anything at all, what would it be?

Be an aspiring writer or artist, while living in the backcountry somewhere in a cozy cottage or log home.

What is your favorite thing to work on?

First would be resolving customer problems. Second would be the detail work of reconciling statements.

Do you have any pets?

Nope. Perhaps tropical fish someday.

I am addicted to:

Capri Menthols and dark chocolate.

What is the first thing you do when you get in the office?

Get the upstairs coffee pots going.

How do you take your caffeine?

Black coffee or Regular Coke.

What do you like to work on first thing in the morning?

Clearing out my UAT's and addressing any emails that came in overnight.

Do you pack a lunch or go out?

Most of the time, I order out. If I do eat in, it's usually not a true bag lunch - maybe just a can of soup or a can of beans.

What were you shocked to discover about the wholesale insurance business?

Just how vast of a knowledge base one needs to perform well in this industry.

What is your favorite chore?

Washing dishes in the wintertime. When I'm chilled, this will warm me up and relax me at the same time.

For stress relief you:

Take a leisurely walk. Do a crossword puzzle. Read.

Not everyone knows I:

Was born with crossed eyes and had surgery to correct them at age four.

How I ended up in Western Pensylvania:

My parents moved here from Chicago,IL when I was just a tot.

Your passions in life:

My family and my faith.
