What is the first thing you do when you get in the office?
Since we are paperless, check the unattached incoming faxes & emails from the previous evening to see if anything is urgent that needs to be worked on pronto. Then go to the kitchen and make coffee if no one else has started the brew
How do you take your caffeine?
Tea in the morning. Diet Pepsi in the afternoon.

Trying to help agents with their questions or problems.
What were you shocked to discover about the wholesale insurance business?
Some of the "weird" submissions that we receive. Came from a standard company atmosphere and the first account asked to do a binder on was coverage on an organ grinder's monkey
