What is the first thing you do when you get in the office?
When I get to the office I read my Steelers trivia question for the day. If I get it right, it's going to be a good day.
What do you like to work on first thing in the morning?
I like to go through any emails from our customers that may have been sent in the late afternoon.
Do you pack a lunch or go out?
I go home for lunch. This is not much of an inconvenience since I have recently moved in two doors away from the office.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy being able to work with intelligent, goal driven people everyday. Our customers have been incredible in helping me to better understand their needs through relationship building. Being able to help, and learn from, the insurance professionals of Pennsylvania has been the most rewarding part.
What is your favorite chore?
Washing the car.
For stress relief you:
I try not to get too overwhelmed with stress. When I do, I like to play basketball.
How I ended up in Western Pensylvania:
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, went to college at St. Francis (Loretto,PA), and now reside in Greensburg.
